These are screen shot direct from IdTech 5 (without radiosity rendering) of the environment that I explored using existing stone textures, existing assets from Doom and some my newly created one. The theme is re-imagined env from Quake 1 with modern touches. It has two parts. The first one is stone and old machinery "melted" into each other in the weird way that is not familiar with human logic. Gears, chains are moving to create dynamic env and can be used as game play. The second part env has just stones with very mystery structures in which stones are dynamically float or animated that causes the environments keeps changing during the combat. I also explore the Shambler just for the scale.
